About Counter....
Our story
Creative Playful Dining
Counter is built for cities that move — bringing its creative high-energy dining experience to both Manchester and Birmingham. Across both locations, the focus is the same: bold, flavour-driven plates designed to be shared, punchy nostalgic music that sets the tone, and a space that evolves from day into late. Each city brings its own character, but the experience remains unmistakably Counter — social, immersive, and unapologetically driven by energy, flavour, and atmosphere.
Two cities. One Consious Energy.
